Lisa Gluskin Stonestreet

I write poetry; my most recent book is The Greenhouse, the poems in which David Baker called "profound, fundamental works, born of a deep interiority and making their intricate ways, phrase by phrase, toward a design both organic and artful.” My next book, Annihilation, is shaping up to be not quite so dire as the title suggests. I just moved from Oakland to Portland, for all the usual reasons. And I'm reading with Peg Alford Pursell's fabulous series Why There Are Words; Peg just started a press of the same name, and you should send her your work.
