She is a member of the National Writers Union, and currently acts as the Outreach Director for the NWU / Northern California Chapter.

His current writing projects are a young adult novel set in the first major strike by women in the U.S., in the Lower East Side of New York in 1909, and a historical novel depicting the rise of ancient Israel from a peasant revolt against the feudal lords of Canaan.
